Due to the high volume of inquires we receive it’s important to contact us as soon as possible to begin your project. Your project begins once the proposal is signed and the payment for services is made.
Each project is different. A full brand identity suite can take 4-6 weeks to complete. Websites take 6-8 weeks, depending on customization.
You can choose a monthly plan, or save more and pay for the project all at once.
No. We charge based on the project. This allows us to be more dynamic with our projects and take the time they need to develop. We do extensive market research, understand the heart and soul of your company, identify your audience, identify your brands position in the market, and run a thorough SWOT analysis before we even begin the design process. This eliminates watching the clock and offers a much more comprehensive and accurate representation of what your brand really needs.
Yes, however… Your identity is important. Your brand goes far past your logo and building out a powerhouse strategy means we care about more than just your logo. We tailor your brand to your niche, market, and audience which directly affects your company growth. We also understand that sometimes starting out means you have a tight budget, so we offer simple branding suites starting at $1,500.

Our branding identity suite includes a branding board with logo suite, typography, color palette, branding guide, and letterhead. However, and upon request, we can build out a proposal to add other digital and/or print ads if needed.
That’s totally fine! Look we get it, sometimes you don’t know where to start and that’s where we come in.
After the proposal, contract, and first payment are made we begin the market research. There are a lot of variables to determine what value you bring to your niche. Once we begin designing your branding suite, you will receive updates via email as we develop logos, typography, colors, etc. Once a branding suite is chosen and all of the details are tightened up you will receive all of the digital files. We will be sad to see you go, but that is the end of our contract with you.
We know there are good ones out there but we prefer WordPress. The shear number of benefits surpasses any other platform we’ve used in the past. Remember, once we’re done building your website you will need to have the ability to edit it yourself. Plus, we can design for desktop and mobile too! Other platforms just don’t cut it.

Yes, and No. Our initial video call is your time to fill us in on all the details. This helps us get the full picture. Once the design process begins you will receive regular updates via email, but with respect to your time and ours, we keep communication streamline and only for essential topics related to your branding strategy.
Yes, we do offer an option to manage your website for you, 1 year minimum contract is required.
